I would highly recommend Kostoff Construction for home renovations. I called to schedule an estimate on 7/9/25. They were here the next day on time and provided a quote the next day. I needed self leveling concrete poured in my basement and installation of interlocking luxury vinyl tile & baseboards. They completed the self-leveling concrete work on 7/16, arrived on time, and returned the next day to install the flooring and baseboards. I’m very pleased with the work and will use them again in the future!

I had old carpet upstairs that I didn’t like. Nakoda and Tyler came over on a Wednesday evening to give me an estimate. They had some samples of vinyl plank flooring that I loved; It’s durable and looks great. The following Monday, I had new floors, and I love them! Nakoda, Tyler, and Chris did a fantastic job. They are professional, efficient, and provide great customer service. I recommend Kostoff Construction to anyone.

These are your guys- can’t recommend enough. Reasonable cost, very efficient and got it done quickly and well. Nakota listened to all of our ideas and requests and made every one of them happen. Responsive and communicative. Would highly recommend and would hire these guys in a heartbeat for our next project.

The guys did a great job , building a new porch using composite material. They made a porch that is safe and beautiful.
I would gladly hire them again! Before and after photos below.

We couldn't be happier with how our new deck turned out! Nakoda and his team were incredibly efficient and professional. I wish I could share a better picture, but we haven’t had a chance to set things up for the warmer weather yet. I would gladly work with Krostoff Company again for future home projects and only wish I had known about them sooner when we needed a kitchen upgrade.

I was referred to Nakoda by a friend who used them. He was super efficient on time, estimate, flooring options and made sure I got the best floor for my needs. They did my entire floor in 5 hours. Cleaned everything up, looks outstanding! I will definitely be using them for more of our renovations! Thank you Nakoda, you rock!!

Nakoda came when he said he would to give us an estimate. We had the estimate by the end of the day. I had other estimates, but was impressed by his knowledge and the clarity of what they were going to do. His was the only estimate that broke everything out. They arrived this morning, and it only took a few hours to do our small dining room, ripping up the carpet and installing luxury vinyl. It looks fabulous. I would highly recommend using Kostoff for your flooring needs!

Nakoda and Kostoff Construction are the most reliable , efficient and productive contractors.
We booked a job for a one bedroom paint all walls and ceiling along with a gutter clean and the job started at 9am - the total job was completed by 2pm and looked amazing. So thankful for all of the work they produce and are completing. 10/10
